Who These Terms Are For
These terms apply when you use ClubScope: the coach app for Mac, the player app on iPhone and on the web, and get.clubscope.dev. ClubScope is provided by Clubscope AS, org.nr. 937 937 644, Oslo, Norway.
Your Club's Agreement Comes First
You use ClubScope because your club has an agreement with us. Your account is created by your club, and the club decides who has access and what each role can see. If anything in these terms conflicts with the agreement between your club and Clubscope AS, the club agreement applies.
Your Account
Keep your password to yourself and tell your club or us if you think someone else has used your account. Use only the account your club gave you. Your club can change or close your access, and you can delete your account yourself in the app.
Using ClubScope Well
Use ClubScope for your club's football work. Do not try to reach data you have not been given access to, do not try to break or overload the service, and do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps. Information about players, especially health information and anything about players under 18, may only be used for the player's follow up in the club.
The Coach App
When you download the coach app, Clubscope AS gives you a personal right to install and use it on your own computers for as long as your club uses ClubScope. The app checks our download server for new versions. Download it only from get.clubscope.dev.
AI Suggestions
Some features give suggestions made with AI, such as development goals, answers from Aegis and meeting summaries. They are suggestions for a coach to read and judge, not decisions. Always check them before acting on them.
What Belongs to Whom
Your club owns its data and what its people write and register. Clubscope AS owns the apps, the design and the technology. We use club data only to deliver the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep ClubScope running and safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or free of errors. We may change features over time. If a change matters for your club, we tell the club first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Clubscope AS is not responsible for indirect losses from using ClubScope. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived. Liability between your club and Clubscope AS is set out in the club agreement.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy at get.clubscope.dev/privacy.
Changes and Law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Norwegian law applies, and Oslo District Court is the agreed venue.
