The club owns its data.
Everything a club puts into ClubScope belongs to the club. We hold it for the club and use it only as the club instructs.
Security and Privacy
We look after the people a club is responsible for.
Clubs trust us with their players, and many of those players are young. We treat that trust as the first part of the job, not the last.
Young players come first.
Many of our players are under 18. When we decide what a screen shows and who may see it, we start from the youngest player in the squad.
Every club is its own.
One club never sees another. We check that against the live service, not against our intentions.
AI works for the coach.
Aegis sees only what the coach can already see, and only coaches use it.
We never sell data.
No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, and nobody's data for sale. Neither app contains analytics or advertising tools.
Leaving is simple.
A player can delete their own account in the app, at once. When a club leaves, everything about its people is deleted within 90 days.
