Where Do I Download the App?
At get.clubscope.dev/download, for Mac.
How Do I Sign In?
With the email address your club registered and your ClubScope password, the same as before if you have used ClubScope in a browser.
How Do I Update?
ClubScope updates itself when a new version is ready.
Can I Still Use ClubScope in a Browser?
Yes, at clubscope.dev, while coaches move to the app.
Players and Parents
I Don't Have a Login
You cannot sign up for ClubScope on your own. Your club creates your account and gives you the email address and password to use. If you play for a club that uses ClubScope and have not received a login, ask your coach or the club's administrator.
I Forgot My Password
Tap Forgot password on the sign in screen and follow the email we send you. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then ask your club which address your account uses.
Something in the App Is Wrong About Me
Your name, position, birth date, squad number and photo come from what your club registered. Tell your coach or the club administrator and they can correct it.
Someone Sent Me Something That Made Me Uncomfortable
Press and hold the message and choose Report Message. Reports are stored with a copy of the message and reviewed by ClubScope, and the copy stays even if the sender deletes the message. You can also choose Block in the same menu.
I Want to Delete My Account
In the app, tap the person button at the top right of Today, then Account, then Delete account. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately. Your club keeps its own team records, such as fixtures and results.
Notifications
ClubScope sends a reminder in the morning, after a session and after a match, and tells you when your coach sets new goals or sends a message. You can turn all of it off in your phone's Settings.
